About the Learnership
This Wealth Management Learnership leads to a nationally recognised NC: Wealth Management NQF Level 5 qualification, combining structured learning with workplace experience in the Financial Services industry.
The role provides support to the sales team and manages operations and admin functions within each branch or office.
Key Responsibilities

Quality assurance of all submitted business

Capture new business and claims, and follow up on outstanding requirements

Compile and action daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Assist the Sales Manager with operations and insights

Collaborate with internal business areas
-
Monitor office efficiency and support financial advisers
-
Compile and present monthly team reports
-
Manage client onboarding within set SLAs
-
Serve walk-in clients and handle reception duties
-
Act as a liaison between Discovery and clients
