Programme Overview
AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, offers a 12-month structured learnership programme in Long Term Insurance. The programme combines:

Theoretical learning via an accredited training provider

Practical workplace experience
Successful learners will earn a registered qualification as a Financial Associate in Long Term Insurance.
Requirements
Applicants must:

Be willing to work in any of the KwaZulu-Natal branches (Pietermaritzburg, Newcastle, Umhlanga)

Have a valid Matric certificate

Have completed English, Maths/Maths Literacy, or Accounting at Matric level

Be aged 18–35

Not have previously attended any learnership

Not be registered with another academic institution or engaged in other studies

Have a reliable mode of transportation

Possess excellent communication skills

Have basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet)
