Job Description:
SAHETI School seeks a Marketing and Admissions Administrator for a dynamic role combining admissions administration with strategic marketing support. The successful candidate will ensure a seamless experience for prospective families from initial enquiry to enrolment, and support marketing initiatives across the school.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) is essential

Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Administration preferred

Experience in customer relationship management, marketing, or school environment advantageous
Technical Proficiency:

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint)

Familiarity with EdAdmin, Canva, and social media platforms is advantageous
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong interpersonal skills, professional and approachable demeanour

Fluency in Greek (spoken and written) is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:
Admissions Duties:

Frontline handling of enquiries (face-to-face, telephonic, electronic)

Schedule, coordinate, and conduct school tours for prospective families

Maintain confidentiality and accurate records of enquiries, applications, enrolments, student records, and withdrawals

Coordinate phase-relevant screenings with stakeholders
-
Correspond with parents regarding application outcomes, deposits, and registration

Collate and distribute information packs for new families

Follow up on outstanding enrolments
Marketing Duties:

Assist in coordinating, promoting, and executing school events (exhibitions, open days, bursary exams, orientation)

Conduct competitor and market research to support strategic planning
-
Coordinate and manage promotional material, branding, and gifting
-
Assist with design and maintenance of brand consistency

Prepare and distribute school publications and official written material
