About the Learnership
This 12-month Compass Learnership Programme in the Marketing & Communications team is ideal for someone passionate about media, storytelling, branding, and purpose-driven messaging. The successful learner will:

Minimum Requirements
🎓 Education:

Diploma or Degree in one of the following fields:

Journalism

Public Relations

Communications

Marketing

✅ Skills & Competencies:

Strong writing and editing skills (highly advantageous)
