Overview:
Drive brand visibility, student recruitment, market research, and event logistics for the Family of Schools, working closely with the Diocesan School for Girls’ (DSG) marketing team to ensure unified messaging and recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analyze data to guide recruitment & marketing strategies.

Implement integrated marketing plans aligned with the school’s vision and admissions goals.

Plan and lead regional/national student recruitment trips and manage event logistics.
-
Lead promotional event planning and coordination, collaborating with DSG when needed.
-
Develop compelling marketing content and materials aligned with school branding.
-
Coordinate with admissions, alumni, and advancement teams for consistent communications.
-
Use CRM tools to manage recruitment data and ensure effective follow-up strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Strategic Communication, Business Development, or related field.

Preferred: Honours or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, Brand Communication, or Event Management (especially in education).

At least 5 years’ experience in marketing, event logistics, market research, or student recruitment coordination, preferably in the educational sector.

Experience managing large-scale logistics and leading cross-functional teams.
-
Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
