Job Overview

St Catherine’s School is seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and implement strategies that showcase the school’s educational excellence, strengthen community engagement, and enhance brand presence. The role involves managing internal and external marketing initiatives, content creation, and building interest in the school’s offerings while upholding the Catholic ethos.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities

  • Collaborate with staff and external providers to create marketing materials (website, blog, ads, social media)

  • Manage and optimise digital platforms including SEO, email, and social media campaigns

  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics

  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels

  • Support school events, open days, feeder school visits, and advertising initiatives


Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing Management

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience (school environment experience advantageous)

  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, creativity, and innovation skills

  • Digital marketing expertise (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)

  • Basic knowledge of graphic and web design principles

  • Excellent project management, teamwork, and communication skills

  • Practicing Catholic or thorough understanding of Catholicism

  • Valid Police Clearance Certificate
