Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring an innovative and progressive approach to teaching Mathematics in a differentiated classroom, catering to the diverse needs of learners.

  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in education and technology to enhance the learning experience.

  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of educators to develop innovative curriculum strategies.

  • Have strong knowledge of the IEB assessment procedures.

  • Experience in marking Matric exams in Mathematics, Mathematical Literacy, or Further Studies Mathematics is advantageous.

  • Foster critical thinking and creativity in students.

  • Maintain strong organisational and administrative skills while working independently.

  • Engage in continuous professional development and mentoring.

  • Actively support the Christian ethos of this Catholic school.


Requirements:

  • Innovative and progressive approach to teaching Mathematics.

  • Strong knowledge of the IEB assessment procedures.

  • Experience in teaching and marking Matric exams (Mathematics, Mathematical Literacy, Further Studies Mathematics).

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other educators.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.

  • Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.

  • Willingness to support the Christian ethos of the school.
