🎯 Programme Purpose
The Miner Assistant Trainee programme aims to:

Prepare participants for future operational positions within the mine.

Provide structured on-the-job training and practical exposure to mining operations.

Develop skills to demonstrate competence in a professional mining environment.
✅ Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
Advantageous:

Up to 2 years relevant work experience

Prior exposure to a mining environment

Additional technical or vocational qualifications above Grade 12

Duration: Maximum 90 days

Permanent employment not guaranteed; dependent on performance and vacancies
