Job Description
Motus Aftermarket Parts is seeking a Motorbike Driver to join their Alert Afinta Welkom team in Welkom, Free State. The role involves ensuring the efficient, safe, and timely delivery of automotive parts and products.
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform vehicle inspections before departure and upon return, submitting inspection lists to the Dispatch Supervisor every Monday for approval.

Verify parcels with the supervisor before loading, adhering to the New Dispatch Loading Procedure.

Follow the designated route and trip sheet to deliver parcels to customers.

Ensure all deliveries follow the POD (Proof of Delivery) procedure.

Deliver required documents and collection slips as per the trip sheet and obtain POD upon receipt.

Sign trip sheets in at the POD clerk and ensure all documents assigned to you are complete and returned.

Be responsible for outstanding trip sheets and ensure all PODs are signed and returned promptly.

Maintain and clean the vehicle, reporting any issues immediately to the Dispatch Supervisor.

Report any delivery or POD problems to the Dispatch Supervisor.

Perform additional duties as required by management.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric certificate (Preferable)

Valid Motorcycle license

Honest with strong integrity

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Proven customer service skills

Able to engage with customers at all levels
