Job Overview:
Motus Aftermarket Parts, through Parts Incorporated Africa (PIA), is seeking a responsible and reliable Driver to join the Bloemfontein operations team. The main purpose of the role is to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of goods, adhering strictly to company procedures and delivery protocols.
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric

Minimum of 3 years’ delivery experience

Valid Driver’s Licence with PDP (Professional Driving Permit) – Essential
-
Good time management and communication skills
-
Ability to work under pressure
-
Honest, reliable, and of sober habits

Clear criminal record
Key Performance Indicators (Duties & Responsibilities):
-
Conduct pre-departure and return vehicle inspections
-
Submit inspection lists weekly to the Dispatch Supervisor
-
Report any vehicle defects immediately before departure
-
Check parcels with supervisor before loading, following Dispatch Loading procedures
-
Deliver parcels on the designated route as per trip schedule
-
Ensure strict adherence to POD (Proof of Delivery) and RFC procedures
-
Return and sign off all delivery documentation daily
-
Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and report issues promptly
-
Report any delivery or POD-related problems to the Dispatch Supervisor
-
No unauthorized stock transfers between customer shops
