Job Overview:
Motus Aftermarket Parts, through Midas, is seeking an experienced and driven Salesperson to join its Sibasa branch in Thohoyandou. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Sales / Spares / Motor / Engine environment (Essential)

Extensive experience in automotive sales and customer service

Technical background (Desirable)

Proven sales track record and in-depth product knowledge
-
Strong business acumen and understanding of cost and breakeven principles

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Thorough knowledge of the local geographical area

Excellent planning, time management, and negotiation skills
-
Team player, self-motivated, honest, and with integrity

Clear criminal record
Key Performance Indicators (Duties & Responsibilities):

Act as the first point of contact with customers, delivering professional and confident service

Achieve sales targets set by the Sales/Branch/Retail Manager

Manage counter sales and maximize customer potential

Plan, forecast, and report on customer sales opportunities

Monitor and report competitor pricing and activity

Manage customer issues related to deliveries, telesales, and accounts

Generate new business, grow customer base, and expand market share
-
Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Handle inbound customer sales inquiries and conduct cold calls when required

Prepare quotations and provide product/service information

Collaborate with Accounts, Dispatch, Warehousing, Receiving, and Technical departments to resolve customer queries effectively
