Requirements
-
Recognized degree or national diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.

2–3 years’ experience in IT and network environment.

Computer literacy.

Valid driver’s licence.

Strong understanding of MS Windows (XP/7/10) and MS Office suite.

Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu and Open Office.

Ability to install, maintain and troubleshoot hardware & software.

Skills in planning, organising, teamwork, problem-solving, and record keeping.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently.
Duties
-
Provide desktop and server support.
-
Manage requests from the help desk.
-
Ensure a virus-free network environment.
-
Install and maintain transversal systems (BAS, LOGIS, PERSAL).
-
Set up and maintain printing across systems.
-
Detect and repair faults on LAN/WAN, PCs, peripherals, and software.
-
Monitor and repair network faults.
-
Install and configure network points, IP telephony, and video conferencing.
-
Support creation of virtual boardrooms and configure switches for telephony.
