📈 What You’ll Do
Phase 1: Master the System

Learn scripts, CRM, and booking flow

Close deals and identify system improvements
Phase 2: Build the Team

Recruit, train, and coach 4–6 setters/closers

Lead coaching calls, huddles, and sales reviews

Track KPIs and optimize sales performance
Phase 3: Scale the Department

Own revenue, recruiting, and leadership

Collaborate with founders on comp plans, systems, and strategy

Build a sales bench with leadership beneath you

You’re someone who:

Has 3–5+ years in sales, 1–2 in team leadership

Has built or scaled a sales team

Is a strong closer with excellent sales psychology

Can coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
