About the Role
TikTok is looking for a passionate and dynamic Operational Sales Intern to join our Johannesburg team. This is a unique opportunity to work at one of the world’s fastest-growing digital platforms and make a tangible impact across South Africa’s digital ecosystem—supporting brands, businesses, and creators.
Key Responsibilities

Organising Digital Assets: Create and maintain compelling sales presentations

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to derive actionable insights

Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and reporting on sales projects
Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Media, Marketing, or a related field

Completed or enrolled in relevant Digital Marketing courses

Fluent in English for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

Available immediately for up to 6 months
Preferred Qualifications

Prior internship or work experience in digital marketing, media, or sales
