✅ Minimum Requirements

A recognised teaching qualification
SACE registration (mandatory)
Legal right to work in South Africa
Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience at senior school level (Grades 10–12)
In-depth subject knowledge in Information Technology / Computer Science
Strong coding proficiency (e.g., Python, Java, web technologies)
Familiarity with the IEB curriculum
Experience using iSAMS or similar school information systems
A growth-oriented, collaborative teaching mindset

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging IEB-aligned IT lessons
Foster a nurturing and intellectually stimulating classroom environment
Maintain and troubleshoot the iSAMS system as needed
Provide consistent assessment, feedback, and reporting
Serve as a Tutor Teacher, offering pastoral care and guidance
Participate in school life with commitment and professionalism
Collaborate with peers to continuously refine teaching practices
Write informative and constructive student progress reports
Support the wider goals of the school as determined by leadership
