The successful candidate must:

Hold appropriate and recognised coaching qualifications;

Be able to coach across a wide age range, with age-appropriate methodologies;

Be responsible for planning and managing interactive, dynamic and progressive sports practices;

Oversee and implement match-day logistics and ensure professional team preparation;
-
Be a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for sporting and educational excellence;
-
Demonstrate the ability to empower learners to take ownership of their personal growth and development;
-
Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team;
-
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with students, parents and colleagues;
-
Stay current and effectively implement the latest coaching methodologies, trends and technologies;
-
Be highly organised and have strong administrative abilities, including record-keeping;

Uphold and model the Christian ethos and values of the school;
-
Have a warm, nurturing and approachable personality that fosters trust and motivation;
-
Be willing to coach year-round, including off-season training and holiday clinics, to build sustainable relationships and maintain continuity;

Hold a valid Police Clearance (not older than 1 month) and comply with child protection policies;
-
Be familiar with injury prevention protocols, recovery practices and return-to-play procedures;

Demonstrate knowledge of athlete long-term development (LTAD) and holistic player development models;
-
Promote values such as discipline, teamwork, respect and resilience in every coaching session;

Foster a culture of excellence, accountability and enjoyment in sport.
