Minimum Requirements

Related sports qualifications (Level 1 or Level 2)

2+ years coaching experience (ages 9–18)

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and implement regular training programs

Attend all practices, competitions, meetings, and activities for each sport

Provide training rules and regulations to learners

Develop technical, tactical, and physical fitness skills in learners

Analyse team performance and provide feedback

Create game strategies and maximize team potential

Mentor and motivate learners

Collaborate with Director of Sport and other coaches

Maintain a safe and positive environment
