Purpose of the Job:
A career opportunity has arisen within the Milling site for an efficient, discreet, flexible, and self-motivated individual to provide secretarial and administrative support in the admin office, reporting to the Business Unit Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage paperwork and filing systems.

  • Make travel arrangements (local and international), including visa requirements.

  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling and logistics.

  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports.

  • Manage housekeeping for executives.

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for the site.

  • Provide office admin support.

  • Take and distribute minutes for meetings.

  • Manage and coordinate diaries.

  • Handle ad hoc requests as needed.

  • Ensure effective verbal and written communication.

  • Knowledge of office systems, processes, and company policies/procedures.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Matric certificate.

  • Secretarial, Business Administration, or PA certificate.

Experience Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Secretarial/Personal Assistant.

  • Willingness to work extra hours as required by management.

  • Capability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.

  • Ability to thrive in a pressurised, deadline-driven role.
