Key Purpose Statement

The Personal Assistant role was created to provide professional and efficient assistance in the following areas:

  • PA to Principal

  • Function Coordinator

  • General Office Management

  • School Administration


Responsibilities Include

PA to Principal:

  • Coordinating the Principal’s diary

  • Taking minutes of confidential meetings with parents

  • Coordinating communication between the Principal and parents

  • Booking talent review meetings (appraisals)

  • Performing various other ad hoc duties as needed

Function Coordination:

  • Coordinating events from start to finish

  • Managing catering

  • Requesting comparative quotes and maintaining budget

  • Handling additional ad hoc tasks as required

General Office Management:

  • Managing reception desk and telephones

  • Ordering and managing staff stationery and stock

  • Managing staff refreshments if needed

School Administration:

  • Managing staff daily register

  • Coordinating second-hand uniform shop (if applicable)

  • Coordinating school photographs

  • Booking school trips (if required)

  • Handling other administrative tasks as required

HR Administration:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assisting Principal and management with recruitment processes

  • Documentation: Managing HR documents (LOAs, contracts, study assistance agreements, etc.)

  • Data Integrity: Ensuring accurate HR data management

  • Performance Management: Supporting the Principal and management team in talent reviews and appraisals

Education Requirements

Experience Required

  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills in English
