The Opportunity
We’re looking for an energetic and values-driven Physical Education Coach to inspire a lifelong love for movement, sport, and wellbeing. This role focuses on developing physical skills, teamwork, and character through creative, inclusive, and engaging PE lessons and sport activities.
Key Purpose
To equip students with the physical, emotional, and social foundations they need to lead active, balanced, and resilient lives — in a way that reflects Skye College’s Christian ethos.

Minimum Requirements

Recognised 4-year teaching qualification (BEd in PE or Human Movement) or relevant degree + PGCE.

SACE registration (or proof of application).

First Aid Level 1 (minimum).

3+ years’ experience in teaching or coaching PE/sport in schools.

Coaching certifications in one or more sports (advantageous).

Strong understanding of child development, safety, and inclusive practice.

Competent in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
