Minimum Requirements
-
Degree or Diploma in Sports Management, Physical Education, or Coaching
-
Proven experience teaching Physical Education and coordinating sports at school level
-
Relevant coaching qualification and/or experience in at least two sporting codes
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Physical Education Teacher and Sports Coach
Key Competencies

Strong organisational skills for planning sports programmes, fixtures, and events
-
Ability to coach and develop learners in multiple sports
-
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with learners, staff, and parents
-
Demonstrated leadership and discipline in managing teams, training schedules, and competitions
Key Responsibilities
-
Teach Physical Education across relevant grades
-
Coach learners in two or more sporting codes
-
Organise sports festivals, inter-school fixtures, and internal competitions
-
Work closely with the Head of Sports for UST Schools and collaborate with all school coaches
-
Assist with ongoing development of the school’s sports programme
-
Ensure learner participation, discipline, and safety during sports activities
