About the Position:
Cornwall Hill College is expanding its Music Academy and is looking for an experienced Piano Teacher to join its team of dedicated specialists. The successful candidate will teach individual piano lessons ranging from beginner to advanced levels and contribute to various music functions and events.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach individual piano lessons for all levels (Beginner to Advanced).

Availability in both morning and afternoon to accommodate lesson schedules.

Assist with music functions relevant to the students you teach.

Ability to accompany instrumentalists and vocalists in performances and exams.
Requirements:

SACE registered (South African Council for Educators).
-
Proven experience as a highly skilled and experienced Piano Teacher with the ability to teach beginner to advanced students.

BMus Degree (or equivalent) is essential.

Track record of entering students for music exams (TCL, Rockschool, ABRSM, IEB), Eisteddfods, and competitions.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work well in a team.

Computer literate.

Experience in accompanying instrumentalists and vocalists would be an advantage.
