Key Responsibilities:

General Administration: Perform a variety of administrative duties, including organizing data, document processing, and maintaining records and files.

Creditors/Debtors Management: Handle creditors and debtors functions, ensuring proper coding and processing of documents.

Bookkeeping Support: Assist in reconciliations, petty cash management, purchase orders, journals, and basic HR/payroll tasks.

Filing & Record Keeping: Maintain an organized filing system for efficient access to documents and records.

Customer Queries: Assist with customer queries and provide necessary support for resolving issues.

Deadline Management: Meet deadlines for administrative tasks, including coordinating activities related to creditors functions, and working under pressure.

Special Projects: Support special projects as required by management or the department.
Minimum Requirements:

Education: Grade 12 with a basic bookkeeping/accounting tertiary qualification (preferably an advanced certificate).

Experience:

2–3 years of experience in creditors/debtors functions.

Exposure to financial systems, with SAGE being preferred.

Experience with reconciliations and general administration tasks.

Skills:

Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Ability to work without supervision and manage deadlines efficiently.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.

Good numeric skills and strong communication abilities.
