Orange Street is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support its Sales Team and internal operations. The role ensures the smooth processing of orders, efficient communication, accurate record-keeping, and general office support.


Requirements:

🧾 Sales Admin Support:

  • Monitor & follow up on orders in order/accounting systems

  • Update ETAs and order statuses

  • Match supplier bills to purchase orders

  • Upload serial numbers, bills & PODs

  • Assist with overflow of sales quotes

  • Keep all sales and task records up to date

🧮 Administrative Tasks:

  • Reconcile vendor accounts

  • Maintain Debtors & Creditors records

  • Add and vet new client accounts

  • Send out monthly statements

  • Support Financial Manager with admin, filing, and debt collection

  • Participate in stock takes
