Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and create enabling documentation (Business Requirement Definitions, user stories, acceptance criteria).

Support Senior Business Analysts with requirements tracking and implementation of business initiatives.

Assist in documentation for requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, and design of new functionality.

Work closely with business units to document requirements and participate in walkthroughs and test plan reviews.

Conduct JAD sessions to understand business needs.

Present analysis work to business stakeholders with guidance from senior analysts.

Advocate for business analysis methodologies and best practices.

Create final requirements packages and align them with design standards across the Absa ecosystem.

Continuously grow expertise by seeking feedback and following industry best practices.
Education & Field of Study

NQF Level 7 or higher (or completing by end of 2024).

Recommended fields: Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
