🛠️ What You’ll Do

You will:

  • Support Melody Suite with configuration, documentation, and trend analysis

  • Help drive operational efficiency and ensure alignment with GTM strategies

  • Assist with training and enablement for Melody Suite users

  • Help ensure a consistent user experience across Market Units (MUs)


What You Bring

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Strong academic record or relevant project experience

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel; SharePoint is a bonus)

  • High attention to detail and quality of work

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to tools and processes

  • Good business acumen and understanding of change management

  • Strong team player, able to work in a fast-paced, global environment
