Job Description:

CODE is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator for a 5-month maternity cover contract. If you’re passionate about fashion and digital marketing, this is the perfect opportunity for you to bring your expertise to a dynamic and growing brand. In this role, you’ll manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, driving brand awareness, conversions, and revenue. A solid understanding of Google Ads, paid media, and website management is essential for success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:

    • Execute and optimise paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) across multiple channels to build brand awareness and drive sales.

  • Strategy Alignment:

    • Ensure all paid media efforts align with the larger digital marketing strategy and business goals.

  • Website and Product Management:

    • Collaborate on website visuals, manage product inflows, and update front-end website content to optimise sales and user experience.

  • Performance Tracking:

    • Track and optimise digital campaigns (social media, Google, YouTube, email, SMS) for ROI and performance, ensuring constant improvements.

  • Data Insights & Reporting:

    • Analyse data from website metrics, paid media metrics, and sales to guide marketing decisions and report to stakeholders.

  • Budget and A/B Testing:

    • Manage budgets, bids, and A/B tests for paid media campaigns to optimise customer acquisition costs (CAC) and ROI.

  • Customer Interaction:

    • Ensure timely, brand-appropriate responses to customer queries.

  • Content Workflow Management:

    • Oversee the content workflow from briefs to final sign-off for website updates, ensuring consistency and quality.

  • Customer Journey Optimization:

    • Map and optimise the customer journey from awareness to post-purchase, identifying touchpoints and improving conversion.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration:

    • Work closely with UX/UI, content, and development teams to improve website usability and drive conversions.

  • External Relationship Management:

    • Lead negotiations and build strong relationships with service providers.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

    • Tertiary degree or diploma in Digital Marketing or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • At least 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience.

    • Proven experience with paid media campaigns, website management, and digital advertising.

    • Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify CMS, and email marketing platforms.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and best practices.

    • Analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis (e.g., online sales, website metrics, paid media metrics).

    • Proficient in G-Suite and comfortable managing budgeting and A/B testing.

    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to interact with both internal teams and external partners.
