Role Overview
An exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join Cowan House as a Boarder Master, Sports Coach, and Teacher Intern. This role combines pastoral care, teaching support, and sports coaching within a vibrant school environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist academic staff in classrooms (3 days per week) to develop teaching skills

Support boys in the boarding house, including boarding duties

Coach sports and contribute fully to the extracurricular program

Collaborate closely with experienced educators to grow professionally
Desirable Skills

Ability to teach Afrikaans is a strong advantage

Passion for education, sport, and mentoring young learners

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Candidate Requirements

At least in the second year of studying towards a teaching qualification (UNISA or recognized correspondence institution)

Relevant qualifications and/or experience encouraged to apply
