Job Description:
As a Sales Assistant, you will support the Driver/Salesman in the daily delivery of Premier products, ensuring efficient and safe operations. You will also be responsible for cash and tray collection, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Handling:
-
Check company products against the loading sheet and sign for accuracy before departure.

Offload products at customer sites and ensure correct deliveries.

Cash Management:
-
Collect cash from customers where applicable and ensure it is cashed in daily.

Vehicle Responsibility:
-
Maintain vehicle safety and hygiene at all times.
-

Reporting:
-
Report all accidents immediately to the Transport Department and Service Manager to ensure smooth incident management.

Assist with Truck Reversing:
-
Aid the driver in reversing the truck as per the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Qualification Requirements:
-
Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
-
Valid Code 10 driver’s license and PrDP (Public Driver’s Permit).
Experience Requirements:
-
1–2 years’ experience in the FMCG industry, with experience in deliveries, logistics, or customer service being beneficial.
