DUTIES:
Administrative Support Services:
-
Draw up campus enrolment plans for NCV and Report 191
-
Compile departmental reports for A-TEAM and Campus Management
-
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
-
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and workshops
-
Provide secretarial support to campus management
Human Resource Administration:
-
Coordinate leave forms, PMDS documentation, and disciplinary/grievance cases
-
Resolve HR administration queries and maintain HR records
-
Monitor staff attendance and compile duty registers for part-time lecturers
-
Support the implementation of staff wellness programmes
Procurement Services:
-
Draft procurement memos and requisitions
-
Receive goods/services and verify delivery
-
Submit invoices to central office
-
Follow up on pending campus requisitions
-
Maintain procurement records and filing systems
Document and Record Management:
-
Maintain personnel files and filing systems as per QMS and National Archives Act
-
Record incoming post from central office and manage distribution
Student Administration:
-
Assist in student registration
-
Store and scan student records and portfolios
-
Capture, reconcile, and correct student information
-
Process applications for programmes and credits
-
Coordinate registration and examination processes
