SALARY: R203,748 per annum (CYC – A3 Level)

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

• Education:

  • Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 or equivalent

  • FET Certificate in Child and Youth Care (NQF Level 4, SAQA recognized)

• Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in child and youth care after obtaining the qualification

• Registration:

  • Current registration with SACSSP (South African Council for Social Service Professions)

• Preferred:

  • Experience in a secure care environment is an added advantage

📋 KEY DUTIES:

• Lead a team of Child and Youth Care Workers during shift

• Implement and accompany youth on therapeutic and developmental programmes

• Monitor and inspect facility operations during shifts

• Handle incident reporting and complete administrative duties
