Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Netball to lead and inspire the Preparatory School’s netball programme. This permanent role involves coaching, managing fixtures, festivals, camps, tours, and overseeing teams, players, coaches, budgets, and resources.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Preparatory School Netball culture, fixtures, festivals, camps, and tours

Coach netball teams and develop players and coaches

Collaborate closely with the Director of Netball and Deputy Principal: Co-Curricular

Head the school’s Netball Academy

Support the broader Preparatory School programme as required

Manage netball facilities, budgets, and resources
Candidate Requirements:

Experience working in a Preparatory School environment
-
Valid SACE registration and clear criminal record

High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work effectively with young children

Commitment to supporting the Christian ethos and values of the College

Proficiency in English for instruction and communication

Strong IT skills for administrative and teaching purposes

Ability to be both a team player and a leader when required
