Role Overview:
-
Teach according to Charlotte Mason’s philosophy of education.

Maintain an optimal classroom atmosphere.

Support proactive character formation in students.

Use a wide range of resources, including poetry, art, and classical music.
Minimum Requirements:

Appropriate teaching qualification and SACE registration.
-
Strong IT skills and ability to teach multiple subjects (advantageous).

Personal testimony of faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.

High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong relational skills.
-
Ability to self-manage and maintain high standards in the classroom.

Attention to detail and empathy.
