Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Process Design Creation: Develop high-quality process designs within the project to enhance customer experience, process efficiency, and excellence. Aim to meet defined business objectives.

Execution of Strategy: Implement the customer experience strategy within specific processes, ensuring that high-quality process design solutions are delivered for business or customer issues.

Process Efficiency Improvements: Drive continuous improvements in process efficiencies and rigor to improve the quality of delivery and reduce costs.

Requirements Translation: Assist in translating process improvements into technical, business, and architectural requirements, while considering risk, compliance, and technical limitations.

Promote Lean Process Thinking: Drive the use of Absa’s Process Design knowledge base and promote lean, efficient processes across the project.

Deliver Solutions: Execute process design work to solve inefficiencies and pain points, ensuring timely delivery of agreed outputs.

Self-Development: Continuously develop specialist knowledge and actively seek mentorship opportunities.

Knowledge Sharing: Share process design knowledge with peers and fellow graduates.
Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:

Industrial Engineering

Chemical Engineering
-
Tech Operations Management
-

NQF Level 7 or higher, or currently studying with plans to obtain this by the end of 2024.
