Job Description:
The Human Capital department is offering a Psychometrist Internship to assist with day-to-day HR functions. This is a structured, work-based program offering recent graduates the chance to gain valuable industry experience.
Successful candidates will enter a fixed-term internship agreement (not a full-time employment contract) and will receive a monthly stipend.
Key Responsibilities:

Support and assist the HR team with daily activities

Gain practical experience in HR and psychometric practices

Help with administrative and assessment-related tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent

Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology or

Registered Psychometrist (HPCSA) or

Completed Psychometrist Board Exam
Advantageous:

Completed practical component of psychometry training
INSETA Internship Requirements:
To qualify, you must:

Be a South African citizen

Be between 18 and 35 years old

Be unemployed for the past 2 months

Not have participated in an INSETA internship or learnership before
