National Diploma in Fleet Management or equivalent (NQF Level 6)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in Fleet Management

Government transport policies

Supply chain environment

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong numeric, organizational, and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently

Valid Driver’s License required

📋 Key Duties:
-
Procurement & Logistics:
-
Procure goods/services; liaise with suppliers
-
Administer inventory and allocate assets per policy
-
Maintain asset register; conduct verification and barcoding
-
Handle asset disposal and maintain communication records
-

Fleet Management:
-
Vehicle management (issuing, logbooks, petrol cards, keys)
-
Conduct pre-/post-trip inspections
-
Monitor compliance with transport policies
-
Coordinate transport-related payments
-

Administrative Support as required
