Position Overview
The Reception Administrator is the first point of contact for visitors and plays a key role in maintaining efficient, professional office operations. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management: Welcome guests and clients; manage visitor logbooks and access badges.

Communication Handling: Answer, screen, and forward calls; manage emails and general inquiries.

Scheduling & Planning: Update calendars, schedule meetings, book conference rooms, assist with travel arrangements.

Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.

Administrative Support: Filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, and assisting the wider team.

Office Maintenance: Keep reception and common areas tidy, monitor inventory, and order supplies.

Problem-Solving: Resolve basic visitor or customer complaints, escalate when needed.

Teamwork & Leadership Potential: Assist in building and supporting a team as the company grows.
Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (certifications in office administration are a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines, multi-line phone systems).

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, be proactive, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred / Nice to Have
