📝 Job Overview: Receptionist
You’ll be the face and voice of RCL Foods — handling calls, welcoming visitors, and managing daily admin tasks. Your role is essential to the smooth operation of the office and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.

Answer and route incoming calls professionally

Operate the switchboard and ensure effective communication

Assist with general office administration

🎓 Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric (NQF Level 4)

2 years experience in a receptionist or customer service role

Computer literate (MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel)

Proficient in verbal and written communication

Professional appearance and telephone etiquette

High level of emotional intelligence, self-management, and diplomacy
