Job Summary

PPS is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and motivate its Internal Distribution Financial Advisors. This role is focused on achieving sales targets, developing high-performing teams, and delivering an exceptional member experience in line with PPS values and strategy. The position is hybrid and requires strong leadership, strategic orientation, and hands-on sales management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, coach, and motivate Financial Advisors to deliver high-quality service and achieve targets

  • Optimize processes, resources, and technology to support advisors’ roles

  • Monitor compliance and ensure quality of recommendations and advice

  • Conduct performance management and supervision according to FAIS requirements

  • Keep updated on legislation, products, processes, and systems

  • Drive business development initiatives and strategic alignment with PPS objectives

  • Communicate plans, strategies, and key information clearly and assertively


Requirements

Formal Qualifications:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree required; Honours and PPS membership preferred

  • CFP (Certified Financial Planner) advantageous

  • RE5 (Representative) and RE1 (Key Individual) certificates completed

Experience & Knowledge:

  • 2+ years Sales Management experience within Financial Services

  • 3–5 years’ experience in insurance product sales or advice

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading a team

  • Strong network and collaborative relationship-building skills
