Job Summary
PPS is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and motivate its Internal Distribution Financial Advisors. This role is focused on achieving sales targets, developing high-performing teams, and delivering an exceptional member experience in line with PPS values and strategy. The position is hybrid and requires strong leadership, strategic orientation, and hands-on sales management.
Key Responsibilities

Recruit, coach, and motivate Financial Advisors to deliver high-quality service and achieve targets

Optimize processes, resources, and technology to support advisors’ roles

Monitor compliance and ensure quality of recommendations and advice
-
Conduct performance management and supervision according to FAIS requirements

Keep updated on legislation, products, processes, and systems
-
Drive business development initiatives and strategic alignment with PPS objectives

Communicate plans, strategies, and key information clearly and assertively
Requirements
Formal Qualifications:
-
Relevant Bachelor’s degree required; Honours and PPS membership preferred

CFP (Certified Financial Planner) advantageous
-
RE5 (Representative) and RE1 (Key Individual) certificates completed
Experience & Knowledge:
-
2+ years Sales Management experience within Financial Services

3–5 years’ experience in insurance product sales or advice

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading a team

Strong network and collaborative relationship-building skills
