Purpose of the Internship:
Rheinmetall Denel Munition is looking for passionate and driven Human Resources graduates to join their team in an HR Internship for 2025. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment within a globally respected defense and industrial company.
Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Intern, you will:

Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

File documents and respond to internal/external queries.

Screen CVs and application forms to identify suitable candidates.

Schedule and confirm interview appointments.

Assist in onboarding new hires.

Coordinate meetings, travel, catering, and accommodation for HR activities.

Support HR initiatives and projects.

Perform additional HR-related ad hoc tasks as required.
Minimum Requirements:
To be eligible for this internship, applicants must:

Hold a Diploma in Human Resources.

Be fully computer literate (MS Office proficiency).

Demonstrate strong administrative, planning, and organizational skills.

Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
