Duties and Responsibilities
- The programme will span over a period of 18 months, during which participants rotate through different departments or projects, allowing them to build a well-rounded understanding of the business and explore various career paths. The blend of training, mentorship, and hands-on experience will help new graduates develop critical skills, gain industry-specific knowledge, and accelerate their professional growth with the FMCG Industry.
Upon completing the programme, graduates are usually presented with permanent positions within the organization, setting them on a path to long-term career success.
