Job Purpose
To support and deliver bots, executing on the Robotics/AI strategy to enhance operational excellence and productivity within a team of developers and technology experts (architects, analysts, etc.). This role requires passion, ownership, and collaboration skills from someone excited about 4th Industrial Revolution technologies (AI, OCR, ML, ChatBots, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Business Responsibilities:

Client Workshops: Facilitate workshops, collaborate with business and process analysts to document business requirements, and develop them into use cases and solution designs.

Process Analysis: Analyze the current process, design improved processes, and create end-to-end automation solution blueprints that form the foundation for robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.

Client Interaction: Serve as the key point of contact for clients, guiding them through the analysis process and becoming a trusted advisor on RPA and AI.
-
Strategic Collaboration: Participate in the co-creation of the Robotics strategy for the business and promote innovation and optimization.

Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities and offer broader strategic solutions to clients.
Technical Responsibilities:

RPA Development: Expertise in Blue Prism RPA development is preferred, including reviewing, testing, and deploying RPA code into production environments.

Bot Maintenance: Support and maintain production bots, including improving existing bots and processes.

Automation Standards: Ensure that high-quality automation solutions are created, with a focus on continuous improvement of development standards.

Agile Methodology: Promote and drive Agile practices within the team and the organization.

Financial Management: Ensure proper financial management of technology functions and projects, ensuring that deliverables are achieved within the planned budget.
