The school seeks an innovative and enthusiastic Robotics Teacher who can inspire curiosity and creativity in young learners and contribute meaningfully to the boys’ sport programme through coaching and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver an engaging Robotics curriculum for Grades 4–7 learners

Introduce learners to programming, engineering design, electronics, and problem-solving through hands-on, age-appropriate lessons

Integrate robotics projects across various learning areas to encourage interdisciplinary thinking

Organise or support robotics competitions, showcases, and technology days

Coach a boys’ sport, fostering teamwork, skill development, and sportsmanship

Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

Participate actively in school activities, collaborative planning, and professional development aligned with ISASA best practices
Requirements:

Relevant teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent)

Experience teaching Robotics, Coding, or related subjects at primary school level (advantageous)

Familiarity with robotics platforms and educational technologies

Passion for sport and experience coaching boys’ teams (advantageous)

Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
