Job Description:
This is a developmental, fixed-term internship role focused on gaining experiential learning in the Mining Environment. The successful candidate will complete a structured 42-month development programme, after which they may be considered for a permanent role within Seriti.
Key Responsibilities:

Present key learnings and complete a project by the end of the second year.

Attend formal courses and actively participate in development opportunities.

Act in other roles within the discipline as needed.

Conduct improvement or value-add projects through research and benchmarking.

Engage with a technical coach and mentor.
Requirements (Internal Applicants):
-
Experience in mining production, geology, or mine planning (RPL considered)

Advantageous if already started or completed Strata Control Certificate in Coal

Sound references and proven theoretical knowledge

Business writing, planning, and organisation skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Valid driver’s license and Certificate of Fitness (or ability to obtain)
