We are offering three graduate internship opportunities within our Sales Division for motivated individuals who want to contribute meaningfully while gaining real-world experience.
This internship will expose you to internal stakeholders and teams while addressing key business objectives, setting the foundation for a rewarding career in broadcasting and media sales.
Purpose of the Internship
To provide operational and administrative support to the Sales Division, aiding the successful execution of business initiatives. The internship is especially suited for candidates who have completed a National Diploma in Office Administration and are looking to apply their skills in a dynamic professional environment.
About the Team
You will work closely with the Provincial Sales Manager and Account Executives, supporting the Sales & Marketing function with the aim of maximizing revenue and maintaining efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities

Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries

Liaise with clients on purchase orders, SBD/vendor forms

Support internal stakeholders on sales and post-sales functions

Promote products and explain promotional offers
-
Follow up on materials and fighting instructions
-
Assist with trade marketing initiatives
-
Maintain and update client databases
-
Arrange travel and order department stationery via SAP
-
Prepare sales reports and meeting documents
-
Organize meetings, workshops, and events
-
Manage team diaries, department budgets, and procurement requests
-
Prepare documentation such as term sheets and sales deal forms
-
Handle complaints and escalate where necessary
-
Collect and track data for quarterly sales meetings
-
Perform filing, scanning, and general admin tasks
Minimum Requirements

National Diploma (NQF 6) in Marketing, Communications, Sales, or related field
-
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Understanding of governance prescripts
-
Passion for broadcasting and customer service

Attention to detail and quality focus

Problem-solving and multi-tasking ability

Proactive, organized, and numerate
