Job Description:

Old Mutual Foundation Market is seeking Sales Agents to join their team. In this role, you’ll provide specialist knowledge, execute sales strategies, and manage customer relationships to achieve sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include account management, financial planning, and maintaining high standards of operational compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Analysis:
    Collect and analyze data using preset tools and formats. Work independently to generate insights.

  • Information & Business Advice:
    Answer complex customer or supplier queries, providing information on policies and processes.

  • Document Preparation:
    Prepare moderately complex documents and reports using standard office software.

  • Insights & Reporting:
    Generate and combine data to produce standard reports for the team.

  • Customer Relationship Management / Account Management:
    Maintain and strengthen relationships with allocated customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for queries and complaints.

  • Financial Advice:
    Provide comprehensive financial planning and advice services for complex client situations.

  • Sales:
    Deliver routine sales support services and contribute to achieving sales targets.

  • Operational Compliance:
    Ensure all work adheres to organizational policies, regulatory codes, and conduct standards. Obtain approvals for any exceptions.

  • Personal Capability Building:
    Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing education to improve personal and professional skills.


Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) certificate.

  • Sales or retail experience (advantageous).

  • Must reside in or around Pretoria.

  • Clear credit and criminal record.

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Presentation skills are an added advantage.
