Job Overview
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Coach to lead execution excellence, capability development, and support sales and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in improving field sales performance, developing key competencies across the sales force, and ensuring compliance with CCBSA sales disciplines and brand standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Drive execution and capability building among Account Managers (AMs), Territory Account Managers (TAMs), Merchandisers, and MOTs.

Deliver on-the-job and classroom-based coaching to enhance skills and performance.

Develop and implement customized training modules tailored to district needs.

Certify merchandiser order takers and oversee their training progression.

Manage front-line salespeople development and assessments.

Prepare, train, and sign off on MOTs per core curriculum.

Maintain training calendars, provide input on training needs, and track progress.

Execute performance tracking using RED and CLI Trackers.

Conduct audits on RED compliance and update action plans.

Coordinate training initiatives with HR and L&DS, ensuring proper documentation and record keeping.

Provide structured feedback and reporting to regional and corporate levels.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Completed 3-year Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Sales (or currently studying toward one).

Previous sales coaching or training experience in an FMCG environment is highly advantageous.

Valid Code 08 Driver’s Licence.
