Job Description
MANCOSA PTY LTD is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team in the Civil Engineering industry. This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for identifying new customers and business opportunities, preparing formal quotations, liaising with clients, and attending expos and sales meetings. The role offers the opportunity to develop and expand sales in the market and grow the company’s product offerings.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifying new customers and business opportunities.

  • Preparing formal quotations for customers.

  • Gathering and distributing technical information externally.

  • Calling on customers and main contractors.

  • Liaising with sales administration (Spectec) and following up on leads.

  • Managing customer relations and addressing customer complaints in coordination with the Sales Director and Production Manager.

  • Attending presentations and expos to represent the company.

  • Conducting site inspections and making cold calls where appropriate.

  • Providing training to sales staff at hardware stores.

  • Attending sales meetings to discuss targets and strategies.

  • Monthly reporting – submitting call sheets.

  • Growing the sales market with new products.


Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • Education: Sales and Marketing Diploma or similar qualification.

  • Matric with Mathematics is compulsory.

  • Technical Requirements: Knowledge of technical drawings would be an advantage.

  • Experience: Sales experience would be an advantage.
