Main Objectives:
The Salesman Driver is responsible for ensuring service delivery and driving bakery sales growth by making on-time and in-full deliveries of products according to customer requirements. The role also includes the collection of payments and managing bakery sales assets on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and complete delivery of products to customers.

  • Collect payments from customers.

  • Manage bakery sales assets efficiently.

  • Build and maintain strong trade relationships.

  • Persuade and influence customers to meet sales targets.

  • Present and communicate information clearly to all levels of the organisation.

  • Manage relationships with customers to enhance service delivery.

  • Maintain strong verbal and numerical skills to handle sales and payments.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification.

  • Valid Driver’s License (Code 10/C1 with PDP) that is 3 years or older.

Experience Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in the sales or retail environment.

Key Outputs:

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

  • This is a 6-day position, with required work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays as per business needs.

  • Flexibility to work in alternative areas as required by the business.
