The Sasol Mainstream Bursary Programme offers a full financial and developmental support package for students pursuing Engineering and Science degrees.

This bursary is designed to develop future professionals in high-demand fields, with the possibility of joining Sasol through their Graduate Development Programme after graduation.

📌 Important: This bursary includes a work-back/pay-back obligation.

✅ Minimum Requirements

  • Must be a South African citizen 🇿🇦
  • Must study full-time at a recognised South African university
  • Must be studying towards a degree (NO diplomas)
  • Must be under 30 years old
  • Strong academic results

🚫 Not accepted:

  • Maths Literacy / Technical Maths
  • Distance learning (e.g. UNISA)
  • Combined/dual degrees
